Questions or Concerns

We warmly welcome parents to build a close relationship with school. We hope that by working together, both your child and you, the parents,  will be very happy at this school. However, if you have any concerns, please do speak to your child’s teacher in the first instance – we will be happy to have a brief chat at the beginning/ end of the school day. However, if you need more time, please make an appointment at the office to see your child’s teacher. If you feel your issue or problem has not been resolved, then please contact a member of the senior leadership team. If you feel your concern has still not been resolved, then please follow our complaints procedure (a copy can be found in the policies section of the 'key information' part of the site). Please speak to the SENDco with any specific SEND queries or complaints in the first instance, then follow the procedures above.

We invite you into to school at the beginning of each year to 'Meet the Teacher' - an opportunity to meet your child's new class teacher, look at the classroom environment, find out about the routines and expectations and ask any questions you may have.

We hold two Parents Evenings during the school year and all children will receive an end of year report before they break up in summer.

In addition to this, we hold several parents meetings during the year which cover issues such as helping your child learn to read, phonics, our calculation policy, SATs as well as meeting your class’ teacher etc. There are also plenty of other opportunities for you to be involved through coffee mornings, joining us when we celebrate Mass, Summer fayres etc.

We look forward to our journey together!
